You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use v12bett. Creating an account on behalf of another person or misrepresenting your age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each player is permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened to abuse bonus offers will be suspended. All funds in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Maximum bet caps, game contribution rates, and expiry windows apply. Misuse of promotions results in forfeiture without prior notice.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You must provide a valid Malaysian identity document and proof of current address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal holds.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between v12bett (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at v12bett.cam (the "Website").
By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:
"Account"
The registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all Services are accessed.
"Balance" / "Real Money Balance"
The aggregate of funds deposited by a Player and retained in the Player's Account, minus wagers placed and inclusive of any confirmed winnings, after all applicable deductions.
"Bonus Funds"
Any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which v12bett confirms the identity, age, and residency of a Player in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
"Player" / "User" / "You"
Any natural person who accesses the Website and/or holds a registered Account on the Platform.
"Services"
All betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, sports wagering, lottery, and ancillary services provided by v12bett via the Website.
"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"
The total cumulative bet amount a Player must place on qualifying games before Bonus Funds — or winnings derived therefrom — become eligible for withdrawal.
"MYR" / "RM"
Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform for Malaysian Players.
To register and maintain an Account on v12bett, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification Notice: v12bett employs automated and manual age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. Misrepresenting your age during registration constitutes fraud. Accounts opened by underage users will be closed, all deposits returned where practicable, and all winnings permanently forfeited.
Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all such Accounts will be suspended, and balances may be forfeited at v12bett's sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. v12bett reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the registered information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. v12bett will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.
You agree to notify v12bett's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Failure to do so may result in you bearing liability for any losses incurred during the period of unauthorised use.
v12bett reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.
v12bett is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. This process is mandatory and applies to all Players regardless of transaction volume or account tenure.
For Malaysian Players, the following documents are typically required for full KYC verification:
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all required documents. Accounts with incomplete or unclear documentation may experience delays. v12bett will communicate any outstanding requirements to the Player's registered email address.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed on Accounts that have not completed KYC verification. v12bett reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, freeze Account balances, or close Accounts where Players fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after request.
All KYC documents submitted to v12bett are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for the period required by applicable compliance obligations and are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
v12bett accepts deposits via the following payment channels for Malaysian Players:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow deposits, and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited. Deposits identified as potentially fraudulent, charged-back, or originating from illicit sources will result in Account suspension and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited to your Account instantly under normal conditions. FPX bank transfer deposits typically reflect within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and may take 15 to 60 minutes.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must: (a) have completed full KYC verification; (b) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds; (c) not have any outstanding Account queries, disputes, or compliance holds; and (d) not have exceeded their daily or monthly withdrawal limits.
Approved withdrawals are processed as follows:
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. v12bett reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
v12bett reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC, unmet wagering requirements, Account suspension, or where continued processing could constitute a breach of applicable law or regulatory guidance.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and other incentives are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum bet cap, and expiry period will be specified in each promotion's terms.
v12bett reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel Bonus Funds, and to close the Account of any Player found to be abusing promotional offers. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players in connection with promotional play.
v12bett reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect Players who have already validly activated the promotion and are actively working through applicable wagering requirements.
All bets placed on v12bett are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. It is the Player's responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirmation. v12bett will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of Player error, misunderstanding of odds, or change of mind.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities and may vary by game, market, event, and Account status. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of play.
Where odds, prices, payouts, or game parameters are displayed as the result of a manifest error or technical malfunction, v12bett reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players, regardless of whether the bet was placed in good faith. v12bett shall not be liable for any purported winnings arising from obvious errors.
All casino games offered on v12bett operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are supplied by the respective game studio and are verified by independent testing. Sports betting odds are determined by v12bett's internal risk management team and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
Anti-Money Laundering: v12bett maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Players are reminded that deposits must originate from legitimately sourced personal funds only.
All content on the v12bett Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface elements, software code, game assets, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of v12bett or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from v12bett.
The v12bett name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any manner is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v12bett shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if v12bett has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
v12bett's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
v12bett does not warrant that the Website will be available continuously and uninterrupted, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may affect Service availability without prior notice.
v12bett shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications infrastructure failures, or third-party payment system outages.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and v12bett, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance so that issues may be addressed promptly and amicably.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Platform's operating jurisdiction. v12bett's decision on all matters relating to account management, bonus eligibility, and wagering requirements shall be final and binding, subject to applicable statutory rights.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
